Astor Care and Nursing Agency has been training staff in the care sector since 1990 and has a well established track record for the provision of quality staff supplied to nursing and residential homes, hospitals, learning disability homes, day centres and clients in their own home. We are fully aware of the mandatory training required by the Care Standards Act and the associated National Minimum Standards Regulations.

Whilst we can provide courses for between 8 and 15 people at your own venue, we also appreciate that many organisations cannot afford to release large numbers of staff at the same time. To cater for this, individual staff can attend courses held in our fully equipped training room at our Head office in Knaphill near Woking in Surrey.

Astor Agency is registered with CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection), are members of REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), UKHCA (United Kingdom Home Care Association) and Surrey Care Association.
