We recruit and supply staff locally within a ten mile radius of our offices to a variety of clients including residential & nursing homes, NHS hospital trusts, day centres, clinics, rehabilitation units, learning disability homes, private hospitals and clients in their own home.

As part of our quality recruitment process, all staff are fully referenced, undergo security screening as part of a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Enhanced Disclosure application, receive mandatory training as appropriate and are issued with laminated ID cards as well as name badges.

We appreciate that you want to keep your costs as low as possible and that is why our rates are tailored to the requirements of individual homes. We can also negotiate sole agency bulk business rates.

• Simply provide us with a copy of your existing agencies current charges rates and we will aim to reduce your costs by charging you less. There will obviously be more room for negotiation for sole agency and bulk business.

By using our Agency staff regularly, you can fill the spaces on our mandatory training courses at an unbelievably small contribution towards the cost. Course dates available for many courses throughout the year.

• Moving & Handling, First Aid, Food Hygiene & Adult Protection (Abuse); all ½ day courses currently available in our training room at Head office, for just £20 + vat per person.
• We can also provide training at your premises - prices from £140 + vat for a half day plus trainers mileage at 40p mile and a whole day from £250 + vat.
• Topss Induction at £75 + vat; a 3 day course held in our training room at Head Office.
• Other courses are available: Fire Safety, Infection Control, Dementia Awareness, Health & Safety, Basic Observations, Continence Care, Infection Control and Care of the Dying

Regular customers can use our CRB Umbrella Body services and will be able to obtain Enhanced CRB Disclosure checks for under £40

• Provided you book our staff an average of at least once a fortnight you can obtain a CRB Enhanced Disclosures for your own staff at £39.75 per person.
