POVA First checks are normally returned to you by email within 5 days of receiving a fully completed CRB application form. Queries are dealt with by telephone to save valuable time, rather than posting your applications back to you for re-submission when additional information is required. We aim to forward fully checked application forms to the CRB by first class post the day we receive them and send your CRB Disclosures to you, by first class post the day we get them from the CRB.
