In 1990 our first office opened in Knaphill followed by Godalming in 1993 and Addlestone in 1996.

We are registered with CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection), are members of REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), UKHCA (United Kingdom Home Care Association) and Surrey Care Association.

Astor has gained a favourable reputation for the high standards of care and nursing given by carefully selected staff to clients in their own homes, nursing and residential homes, hospitals and many other organisations needing help in an emergency.

The Agency is committed to providing and maintaining a quality service at competitive rates. All offices are staffed by Registered Nurses or Qualified Health Care Assistants who co-operate fully with General Practitioners, Community Nurses, Social Services and other bodies as appropriate.

All of our branches utilise staff recruited locally to provide services to both new and existing clients.
